The Worklife Institute's career management professionals serve both individuals and organizations in their career transition needs.
We provide consultation and transition programs for organizations as they assist their employees with anticipated retirements, reductions in force, terminations or relocations. The Institute assists management in planning, outplacement seminars, individual and group coaching for career exploration and self-directed job search, and support services for managers, employees and family members of affected employees.
The Institute also serves Individuals who wish to take stock of their career path and life balance, who may be contemplating a career change or are currently between jobs. All coaching and job search programs are customized for each person. The Institute Resource Center library and on-line career transition tools, including SkillsOne.com, are available for clients' use.
New Employee Selection and On-boarding
The Institute works provides assistance to organizations in their candidate screening and on-boarding processes, working with in-house recruiters, Human Resources and Management. Services include administering on-line assessment instruments, participation in interview team, and evaluation of fit for prospective employees. We also consult with management in the design of new employee orientation and integration programs.
