Institute Director
Diana C. Dale is a clinically-trained corporate chaplain with a specialization in organizational ethics, conflict resolution and change management and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is also a Registered Engineering Geologist and held senior positions in the oil and engineering / environmental industries.
She received her B.S. and M.A. from Stanford University. Additionally she holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in corporate chaplaincy, a Master of Divinity degree with graduate work at Graduate Theological Union and the Center for Ethics and Social Policy in Berkeley, CA.
She has completed her post-graduate research in Occupational Health and Management Policy Science at University of Texas Health Science Center, and is completing her Ph.D. in Organizational Change at Graduate Theological Foundation in South Bend, Indiana.

All Institute programs aim to promote the highest quality of worklife by encouraging in-depth reflection upon core values and providing practical tools to enhance employee and company well-being. The Institute maintains a Resource Center with consulting and training facilities and large collection of reference materials.
The Center is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and on Saturday by appointment.

Worklife Institute Consulting
Worklife Institute Consulting is a for-profit business which often collaborates with the non-profit Worklife Institute to provide workplace mediation services, education and corporate training.

Worklife Institute is an independent 501 (c)(3) organization, governed by its Board of Directors. It is financially supported by corporations, non-profit organizations, foundations, and individuals.
